B-Tohin Machine Co., Ltd., a wholly Japan invested company, was established in Dec 1, 1994. It is located at the Industrial Park for Environmental Science & Technology, Yixin, China, one of State High-Tec Development Zones. With a covering area of 15,000 square meters, building area of. 5,000 square meters, the total investment of the company is 330 million Yen within which registered capital of 180 million Yen is included. It has more than 160 employees, 7 cooperative companies and many overseas copartners, such as Tohin Industry Co., Ltd. of Japan, Sumikin Bussan Corp of Japan , TSURUMI Company of Japan and ANLET Corp of Japan etc. In 1999, it entered the partnership with U.S.A. TUTHILL VACUUM & BLOWER SYSTEMS and invested a new company, Tuthill & Tohin Machine Co., Ltd. to produce three-lobed Roots Blower of BK series by introducing the American techniques. Nowadays, we have achieved the goal that over 8000 sets various kinds of blower, screen and water pump with a value of RMB 150,000,000 are manufactured and sold per year. And among them, more than 1000 sets are exported with an output value of RMB 3,000,000. The products we made are applied widely in various trades and lines such as environmental protection, electricity, water conservancy, chemical industry, building materials, grain, breed aquatics water treatment, power transport, etc。
What is the foremost productivity? We think it is Science & Technology. Based on this standpoint, the company equipped herself with high techniques and advanced facilities. It imported the world top horizontal CNC (60 special cutting-tools contained in the tool storage) from Japan OKUMA Co. This CNC is used for fine finishing of roots blowers' housings and end-plates. It can complete the machining from rough parts to finished ones in one time so that the high precision of every part is ensured. And a domestic first class automatic test system is also introduced. By taking use of such devices, we assemble the imported the Japan-made blower body and accessories to whole set blowers and vacuum pumps and test in China. The performance of domestic made HC/BK series blowers has reached to the level of imported goods since we have received periodical guidance of specialists from USA, Japan and have sent technicians abroad to be trained and exchange techniques with foreign engineers.
