First of all, for all of your requests or the business you entrusted that we got to know through email, fax or phone call, we have designated service staff to make registration and inform finish time. And our customer service group will get the feedback on customer satisfaction and our service attitude after our service is completed. If the customer is not satisfied with us or need further service or has any complaint, we will follow up until you feel satisfied.

Usually, our salesmen are the direct liaison persons to customers, and many demands of the customers are passed on to us by our salesmen, and then the demands the salesmen passed on will be treated the same way. We are convinced that there’s no difference between the service to our salesmen and the customers.

At the one-month trial period, we have made many return calls to some customers for check of the implementation of business they entrusted and the performance of our service staff, which got high praise from the customers. Also the customers have given us many suggestions in relation to our new measures of customer service hotline that was good resource for us to improve our service quality worthy of cherishing and collecting.
