1. Provide technical advisory services to assist customer in selection;
2. Provide customers with the necessary technical information, drawings, etc;
3. Welcome new and old customers to visit our factory and have discussions with us at any time.
Sales Service
1. Provide customers with drawings of equipment, piping and foundation required by customers’ site design;
2. Answers questions about specifications, performance, parameters, etc, and recommend the most appropriate solution, the most cost-effective products to customers;
3. Immediately after signing the contract, we make production planning for timely delivery.
After-sales Service
1. Provide technical advice during installation process;
2. When the equipment is ready for commissioning, as per request, we can offer free commissioning service for blower package. The service is only available for sites located in China, and the commissioning usually takes two days. If your site is located outside of China, the service will be subject to further discussion;
3. Build detailed user profiles and send regular letters to offer guides for maintenance and repair;
4. In warranty period, if a quality-related problem occurs in normal use, please send a written description of the problem to us. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
5. Even if the warranty has expired, we are still glad to solve problems that are not due to improper use for you. All repairs will be billed at cost, and for long term, we supply spare parts at favorable price.
